I am sorry to hear about your loss. Tom was a very good person. I worked with him at Kinyo for several years, and he seemed to have loved my safety slogan before I left the company. He will be truly missed. God Bless!

I'll miss Tom's friendliness and kindness. I can't ever remember hearing him say anything negative about anyone. And I'll always think of Tom when I travel to Brazil. He always volunteered to go with me.

TO THE NOWINSKI FAMILY,
ALTHOUGH I NEVER MET MR. NOWINSKI I DID HAVE THE DISTINCT PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH BOTH MICHAEL AND DAVID AT MANHATTAN'S N.Y. DELI AND PUB. BOTH OF THESE FINE YOUNG MEN WERE ALWAYS KIND, CONSIDERATE,POLITE, AND JUST PURE FUN TO BE AROUND. IF THIS IS ANY INDICATION OF HOW THEY WERE RAISED BY BOTH THEIR FATHER AND MOTHER IT IS EASY FOR ME TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR FATHER MUST HAVE BEEN A REMARKABLE MAN AND SUCH A GREAT INFLUENCE ON HIS SON'S. MIKE AND DAVE, I WAS DEEPLY SADDENED TO HEAR OF YOUR DAD'S PASSING AND WOULD LIKE YOU BOTH TO KNOW THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT ALL THE KIND WORDS AND MEMORIES LEFT HERE OF YOUR FATHER ARE A GREAT COMFORT AND SUPPORT TO YOU ALL IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME. WITH MUCH LOVE AND PEACE,

My heart goes out to everyone in the Nowinski family. Unfortunately, I only knew Tom for 8 months, but in those 8 months I became like a part of his family. He was an amazingly kind person, he had a huge heart, and would give anything to make others happy. I will never forget all those Sunday dinners that would feed an army, even if there was only 4 of us eating. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his whole family. I love you all. Please take care and God Bless!

Words could not describe the kind and sweet man that Tom was. I remember going to a BBQ at his house and him showing me pictures of his beautiful new granddaughter. He would always make me smile and will be greatly missed.

Tom always treated me like a daughter. I was lucky to live only 3 doors down from the Nowinskis. When I think of my childhood, I immediately think of Tom's genuine kindness and laughter. I loved our adventures to the sandpool while listening to classical music in the van, the BBQ's, celebrating the 4th of July... I will deeply miss you, Tom. You meant the world to me and my family. I wish I would have seen you more recently.

Gigi,Dennis,Richard,Mike and David,

Tom was a good neighbor and friend. He loved you boys so much and talked about you often. He gave my daughters good soccer advice and told them how he enjoyed hearing them play the piano when we had our windows open in the spring. He loved to talk about New York, his trip to Hawaii a few years ago, the grandchildren he loved so much and the dog! :) We will sure miss him. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and hold dear to your memories...he was good at making good ones.

Tom will be missed by his friends and family at Kinyo Virginia. As our Safety Officer, Tom's charm, personal demeanor, and warm smile helped provide him the tools he needed to ensure the safety of all workers. Tom was the "safety conscious" of all those who worked with him and he loved awarding the annual safety slogan winner every year. I will miss Tom. He was an asset to my corporate staff and will be hard to replace.

Tom was a valued member of the Greater Tidewater Chapter Peninsula Section of the American Society of Safety Engineers. We will miss his enthusiasm and passion for safety.

I didn't know Tom very well but I know he always had a smile on his face, a warm greeting, and kind words.

It was my privilege to know Tom, first through our membership in the Peninsula Section, ASSE; then, as a client for our consulting company. I enjoyed talking with Tom and always knew that we could count on his support in promoting worker health and safety. He will be greatly missed. Please know that Tom and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.
