Missing you like crazy dad. Sometimes it's still so hard to believe you are gone. When I'm in the kitchen cooking all I hear is you saying - If you think It's enough add a little more. There is not a day that goes by I don't think of you and miss you terribly. When I see my Daughter growing I feel there is something missing and that's you not being her to watch her grow with me. She's a dare devil like I was and I know you would get a kick out of her. I know you're watching over us but there is nothing like our good ol' face to face conversation. I miss that more than anything. If only heaven had visiting hours. Always missed but never forgotten...rest in paradise Dad I hope it's more than you ever imagined. Until I see you again xoxo

Dear Dani, I was shocked when I read that that your Dad, Vinny had passed away. What a lovely write up on Vinny, it was a wonderful tribute to him. He was an exceptional person and I valued his work ethics, but he always went the extra mile and treated all he worked for just wonderful. I saw him last in the fall and he stated he was doing better. He always spoke so highly of you, Dani and loved the children. He was a special person and will definitely be missed by all.

You stepped up to fill the spot when my dad passed away, and I'll never forget that. You helped me complete the journey to becoming a family man, and more importantly, a father. I could never truly put into words how much you mean to me, just as I will never be able to fill the hole created in my heart, and the many lives you're a part of. My mother was a great judge of character, and even to her, you were a diamond among stones. You are a beautiful, wonderful soul, and I will forever miss you. You are a friend, a brother, a father. This announchment brings much sadness to my heart. Vinny was one of my best friends growing up, he was a remarkable guy! Just thinking of him still brings a smile to my face as I recall all the wonderful fun we had growing up! I moved away from VA over 40 years ago, but have often thought about Vinny and the Dima family. From the comments I've read here it sounds like Vinny had a wonderful life and took care of all those that he came into contact with. He will certainly be missed by us all! Vinny was a good hearted man who'd give you the shirt off his back. I'll never forget his smile and his infectious laughter. There's no replacing him. He is greatly missed.
