Arthur Heber Obituary
Heber F. Arthur Jr. Heber F. Arthur Jr. was born on July 23, 1923, and passed away on Friday, October 11, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Arthur; as well as three sons and one daughter. Heber is survived by two sons, Ronald Arthur and William Arthur; three brothers, James Arthur, Gilbert Arthur and John Arthur; two sisters, Viola Luttrell and Frances Shirley; and two nieces who also acted as caregivers in his declining years, Ethel and Sharon Briggs. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and other nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be arranged for family and friends at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Rapidan, which as invaluable in granting his last wish of remaining in his own home and being surrounded by family and friends.
