Christopher Kidd Obituary

Christopher Blaine Kidd, 44, of Laurel Road, Shipman died Monday, January 14, 2008, at his residence.

Born September 18, 1963, in Alexandria, Virginia, he was a son of Robert H. Kidd and the late Winifred Stockes Kidd.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, William R. Kidd; and a sister, Dana Kidd Tickle.

He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Campbell Kidd; his father, Robert H. Kidd and his wife, Dianne, of Alexandria; a brother, Michael R. Kidd of Woodbridge; two sisters, Susan Tarman and her husband, Tony, of Alexandria, and Valerie Morency of Edgewood, Maryland.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday January 19, 2008, at Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel in Lovingston with the Reverend John P. Campbell officiating.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials take the form of contribution to the American Cancer Society 1445 E. Rio Road, Suite 104, Charlottesville, VA 22901.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel of Lovingston (434-263-4097).
