Glenis Green Obituary
She was preceded in death by her mother Lessie Lawson and Randolph Lawson, one sister Ida Lawson and her husband Forest W. Green.
She is survived by her five children William Green, Lisa Green, Patricia Green, Pastor Edgar Green (First Lady Julia) and Forestica Jasper (Tony) all from VA. Grandchildren Alyxandra Furge' (Dustin) of TX, Erin Green, Benaniah Jasper of MI, Erika McKinnie (Darion), Kiera Woodson, Juel Jasper, Emily Green, Elisha Green, Joshua Jasper, Sarah Jasper. Great grandchildren Jayda Johnson, Ezra Fruge', Winston Fruge', Ivan Fruge', Micah Johnson, Hezekiah McKinnie, Liberty Jasper, Blaze Woodson and Jayce Woodson.
She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, cousins, friends and her church family at Eden Ministries.
Glenis was an exceptional woman of God. A devoted teacher, mentor and prayer warrior. She was a woman seeking to please God. She loved the Lord and her family with all her heart, soul, strength and mind. She enjoyed preaching, teaching and studying the word of God.
In her final days she longed to be in the presence of God. Well done my good and faithful servant. We will always love and miss you!
A special thanks to the Eden Ministries family and friends for their comfort, love, prayers and support during this difficult time.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9 with Pastor Edgar Green officiating at Eden Ministries 2900 Merrie Meadows Lane, Keswick Va 22947.

so many years Glennis was a respiratory patient of mine. she also became a friend and counselor for my may hardships. we laughed and cried during her hospitalizations. The love and warmth I always felt when I was around her was great. She was a very special person and I know she is very missed.

Glennis was not only a patient of mine for years but we became each others mental therapist as our children grew up. she was a wonderful Christian lady. only kind words for everyone. She will be missed by friends and family. To her family know she loved you so very much.

I just found this. I'm sorry I missed the service.
Mrs. Green was one of my favorite clients. We often discussed the Bible and religion. She never judged my lack of knowledge or understanding. I had many questions. She answered every one.
It was such a pleasure working and sharing laughs and giggles with Mrs. Green. I will really miss her.

My 1st be time attending Eden ministries, I was greeted by Rev. Mother Green, she just walk up to me, and say Hello I'm mother Green welcome to our church & she embraced me with such a comforting hug that made me feel so worthy & Blessed to be their and she said can I pray with an for you & I said yes ma'am I'd like that and she told me that she just felt drawn to me &to offer to pray over me as she told me the holy spirit told me to let you know you are in the right place for this is were you were called to be. The pray and love she made my soul feel, when I was feeling unworthy,and alone is

time and I thanked God for bringing her and I together. I knew from that day forward that Mother Green & Pastor Green would always be their to offer the words of wisdom and guidance and Prayer whenever I needed it ,& to remind me to keep the faith and stay on the path God has put me on. So fly high Our New Angel until your Church family is reunited with you in OUR FATHER GOD'S GLORIOUS KINGDOM, MAY U REST PEACEFULLY IN HEAVEN.
