Jeanetta Burton Obituary
Jeanetta D. Burton, 80, of Keswick, crossed over into eternal rest on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024 at Union Run Baptist Church and burial will be in the church cemetery. Per Mrs. Jeanetta's request, there will be no public viewing.

This lady right here was a blessing to know!!! I met her when I worked at the bank and she remembered my birthday every year, I believe her daughter and I shared the same birthday month! She has always blessed me with wonderful knowledge of the lord and her smile lit up the room!!! To know her was truly special I have never forgotten about her and never will. We lost touch in the human world but I know your spirit will always be there!! Love you always Mrs. Burton

I am sorry for your loss. I met Mrs. Burton when I was a student at AHS and she had a student that joined the club I was in and she was there with him. I'm not even sure how we really started talking but years after high school we would see each other wherever I was working and she always spoke. She was so sweet and nice. It was always great to see her!
I'm glad I had the honor of knowing such a sweet lady!!

Jeanetta and I went to Nursing school together. She was a little older than most of us and was always there with a smile and a kind word. Nursing was her passion and it showed in everything she did. I loved running into her a few years ago. She will be missed. Much love to her family at this difficult time.
