William Louis White, 83, of Belmont Road, Orange, died on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, as a result of a auto accident. Born on November 30, 1935, he was the son of the late William Taylor White and Beatrice Kenny White. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy D. White of Orange; a daughter, Brenda Taylor of Orange; three brothers, Leroy White and wife, Stella of Texas, Franklin White of Orange, and Nathaniel White of Orange; and two sisters, Iona B. Williams of Md., and Virginia Toney of Washington, D.C. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 11 a.m. at the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Orange, with interment at the church cemetery. The family received friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
