Andrew Fitterer Obituary
former resident of Parsippany, NJ
Andrew Fitterer, former resident of Parsippany, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, June 7 in Buckley, Washington.
Andrew was the son of Robert E. Fitterer, and the late Ruth Fitterer. He was the loving father of daughter Dana Bethami, son Austin, and Granddaughters Anela and Alia. He is also survived by his sisters Sue Deck and Sally Flannery, and brother Stephen.
Andrew graduated from Parsippany High School and Oregon State University. He loved woodworking, reading, helping people, and especially a good joke.
Services will be held in Buckley. For those who wish, please raise your glass in a toast to Andrew on Wednesday, June 15 at 6:00 pm.

Andy and I were college roommates at Oregon State, worked summers together on a freeway construction project in Portland Or. during the summers and have remained friends since.
Andy showed up in Corvallis in his 1950's era, brown, 3/4 ton Chevy van having driven it across the country. An industrial arts major, Andy became a master craftsman and pattern maker.
We saw each other sporadically during the intervening years in Seattle and Portland but always stayed in touchalways stayed in touch.
A marvelous man, I shall miss him,his intelligence, his wit, his humor immensely .
My sincere condolences to his family.

Andy and I were classmates from grade school thru high school. I remember a really great guy. The world is a sadder place without him. My condolences to the Fitterer family.
