Ann Pagano Obituary

ANN PAGANO AGE: 91 CEDAR KNOLLS Ann Pagano, 91, of Cedar Knolls, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at her home. Born in Morristown, Ann moved to Madison when she was two years old. Most recently, she lived in Cedar Knolls. She was the daughter of the late Natale and Michelina Condurso. Her father, Natale, was the only maintenance/ groundskeeper for the Madison Borough Parks, for which Condurso Way in Madison was named in his honor. Ann was a member of the Morris Plains Senior Citizens Monday Club, Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church Seniors Club, and Prime Time Club of St. Virgil's Church. She also taught line-dancing at a local Senior Citizen's Center. She was a fun, outgoing, and thoughtful person who always made the people around her feel special. Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her family and friends. She would go out of her way to put a smile on anyone's face. Ann is survived by her beloved husband Anthony L. Pagano of Cedar Knolls; her sons Anthony D. Pagano and his wife Julia of Bridgewater; Lenny Pagano and his wife Ann Marie of Dover; and her daughter Giovanna Pagano and her husband James Benedetto of California. She is also survived by her sister Madeline Primavera; her brother Val Condurso, both of Madison; as well as her grandchildren: Mandela Linder; Melissa Grace Pagano; and Regina Lin Pagano. Ann is predeceased by her sisters Rose Bove of Madison; Mary Filippone of Madison; Louise Granese of Florida; and her brother Frank Condurso of Madison. A funeral mass for Ann will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 11:30am at St. Virgil's Church, 250 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Entombment will follow at Holy Rood Mausoleum, Morris Township. Visiting will be Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 6-8pm and Friday, September 11, 2009 from 1-3pm & 6-8pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ann can be made to: Hospice of VNA of Northern New Jersey, 38 Elm Street, Morristown, NJ 07960.
