Felix Fornaro

AGE: 89 • Convent Station

Felix Fornaro (Phil), of Convent Station, N.J, died on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, he was 89 years old. Mr. Fornaro was born in Brooklyn N.Y and lived in Madison before moving to Convent Station 51 years ago. Mr. Fornaro was a U.S. Mail contractor who owned Realin Trucking in Madison from 1953 to 1985 when he retired. He was a past member of the Forum Club in Madison. He was a WWII Coast Guard veteran.

He is pre-deceased by his first wife Rita Fornaro (nee Goldberg), his sisters and brother, Concetta Grimes, Frank Fornaro, Virginia Tordo and is survived by his wife, Sofiya Fornaro (nee Guzman), his children, Carmine (Butch)Fornaro, Linda Picone, his brothers and sisters, Anthony and Jack Fornaro, Sally Amico, Ann McGarry, Rose DiMondia, seven grandchildren, Rita, Marie, Patricia, Philip and Carmine Jr. Fornaro, John Peter and Paul Picone and 6 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 8:30am from the Madison Memorial Home 159 Main St. Madison with a funeral mass at 9:30am at St. Vincent Martyr Church, Madison. Entombment Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown, N.J. Visitation Friday from 5-8pm.
