The Kotars were our next-door neighbors throughout my entire childhood. I remember a sweet and gentle family of good, solid, quality people. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.

My neighbor for 38 years. A true gentleman - a rarity.

I will always see him as always upbeat and strong.

Sorry to hear about Fred's passing. I worked with Fred for about one year late in his career at Picatinny Arsenal. His sister Vera introduced me to my wife, Sophie who passed away last June 18th.

I just want to say how sorry I was to hear about the past of Fred and how he was such a nice man. I would see him once a year when he would drop off and pick up his taxes at Jerry's office. To the Katar Family God Bless you all
