Dear Bridget,
Please accept my deep and sad condolences on the passing of Tom. Aside from being a close friend to me he was also was a true inspiration. I never heard him complain about his illness but instead expressed concern about how it might be affecting you, the kids and at the time, Molly's upcoming wedding in late August.
He always managed to maintain a balance and strength about him without flinching. He was a true man and I'll never forget him.

Our thoughts are with the Wilson family. Tom was a great guy and I knew him through our great games with the Morris Catholic teams and daughter Claire. I enjoyed his companionship and intensity both at the basketball games and as a fellow member of Rockaway River CC. The entire Bernal-Silva family will say a prayer for Tom. God bless Tom and the entire Wislon family...

To The Entire Wilson Family,
Mr & Mrs Wilson moved in across the street from us in Morris Plains. They were married with no children at the time. They treated my brothers and I as their own children. I was taught many things from him such as shooting pool, anything sports & of course country music !! He was the nicest person anyone could have grown up next to. He took me to sporting events, took me to meet his cousin Jim Jodat who played pro football. In fact he is the reason I am a San Diego Chargers fan still to this day (I just got my new Jersey in the mail today at lunch). He was a good man and part of a great family and will be dearly missed.
Deepest Sympathy,
Chris Del Monte

We were very saddened to hear of Tom's passing. We became friends with Tom when he visited Hilton Head for golf and he not only played golf with Damian but got to know our family as well. A very kind and dear man!! (Quiet Tom - QT is what we called him) It was so wonderful to see him this past spring and summer.Next year's BOP tournament will not be the same without QT.. He will be missed by his Hilton Head friends. May God's strength and peace be with your family during this time.
