Dear Larry,
May your heavy heart be lifted by the Love of your family and friends who surround you. Ronnie was an Aunt Ronnie to some and and a Friend to all. I admired Ronnie. She always lived life by example. And when you were around her she brought out the best in you. I promised Ronnie that we all would look out for you.I could see her thank you, as she closed her eyes with a smile. She also asked us to remember her at Christmas & or February for our annual friends dinner at the Black Forest. We will all be there. Larry, Our Love for You & Ronnie are in our hearts forever.

Dear Larry,
Though I had lost touch with Ronnie after retiring and then moving away...we had a lot of fun memories together. We grew up on the same street and walked to school together every day. Her parents always laughed when my Dad would whistle for me at dinner because I was always at her house! :} Fun memories, My prayers are with you as you go thru this difficult time in your life.
Fondly, Tonie Tardive Bryant

Mrs. Beers (Miss Thomas) was my kindergarten teacher at Nixon school in 1971. I still have wonderful memories of the fun times in her classroom. I also remember her being at the reception desk were my mother went to the doctors no matter where you saw her she remembered who you were. My prayers go out to her family. She will be missed.

Both Bobby and Alyssa had the privilege of Mrs. Beers being their kindergarten teacher. Each child was totally different and she had a special way of finding their strong traits in each of them. She was their foundation in what they have become today. She was a special person too. I spent many hours in her class room and you can feel the warm, positive safe environment she gave all the children. She was "one of kind" and will be so missed.

Mrs. Beers was the type of neighbor and friend we all would hope to have in our lives (and our parents' lives). We are thankful that she was able to be a part of celebrating our wedding and Chris' graduation. We celebrate her vibrant spirit and share the sentiments here that she will be deeply missed.

Our thoughts and prayers for strength and comfort are with Mr. Beers and with all their friends and family.

Sincerely,

Sending my deepest sympathy to Larry and all who knew and loved Ronnie. I was so excited the day when Ronnie called me and told me that she and Larry got their puppies-First, Molly and then Brody -- I cannot put into words how much she loved her dogs and her kitties...she was so happy to have Miss Molly -- and then her sweet Brody. Ronnie and Larry are honestly all that any pet could ask for....God give strength to Larry at this very difficult time, and God bless Ronnie Beers. I will miss her and send strength and love to all others who had the opportunity and honor to know Ronnie Beers.

Ronnie Thomas Beers and I were friends through grade school and high school. I remember taking walks to the Dairy Queen, too! I moved away before graduating from Roxbury and lost track of Ronnie. Years later, my sister-in-law ended up being one of Ronnie's closest friends and colleagues at Nixon School. Ronnie actually talked Ruthann into being in the Red Hat group! They had lots of fun. Ronnie is leaving a very big hole in many hearts and will be missed by the people she touched. My deepest sympathies to Larry, her friends, and her family. She is gone too soon.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Beers. I had "Miss Thomas" as a kindergarten teacher and remember her wedding as I and so many of my classmates went to the old St Therese to catch a glimpse of her in her wedding dress. She was a wonderful teacher and one that I always remembered as being special who stood out from all the rest.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

I am saddened by Veronica's passing. She was kindergarten teacher to 4 of my children, and treated each one as the unique person they were. She gave each of them a wonderful start at the Nixon school. When I would meet her in various places in town, she remembered each of them by name and always want to know all about them. She was truly a caring teacher and a wonderful person!

Ronnie was a wonderful person and leaves an awesome legacy of wife, mother, teacher, friend and acquaintance. I knew Ronnie through NJAKE. She was a tireless worker. She and Cathy were the Morris County NJAKE dynamic duo for many years. She has left us far too early. Ronnie has touched so many hearts in her lifetime. She must be all smiles now that she is touching the heart of God.

I met Ronnie because I was assigned to her as a volunteer at Kennedy School. She had a temporary position due to a maternity leave from the permanent teacher. How fortunate I was to be assigned to this classroom with this wonderful woman. She was the type of woman that would instantly remind you of your mom through her warmth and wisdom. I learned a great deal from Ronnie and I always felt that class that had her that year was immensely blessed by her experience and love. I know I was lucky to have known her. Rest in blissful peace Ronnie.

She was a fantastic teacher, caring and lots of fun to be around. I had the privilege of meeting her again several times since then and she still remembered me, too. She was a lovely lady. Mrs. Beers was my sweet, wonderful kindergarten teacher who continued to teach and inspire me long after I was in her classroom. (And it's been awhile -- I'm now 27 years old!) I have no doubt there are hundreds of other former students who are mourning her passing. Keeping her husband, family, and friends in my thoughts and prayers.

I am saddened by Veronica's death. I met Veronica in (I believe) third grade. When her parents owned the Dairy Queen on Rt. 46, she and I would walk there often. Once in high school, we seemed to go our separate ways, but I always liked her and remembered her fondly. Years passed and interestingly, our paths would cross in Home Goods. Again, I'm saddened by her death...I will always remember she had a smile on her face.

Ronnie was already an angel on Earth. Now she is God's angel. There could never be enough tears shed for this beautiful soul. She was taken too soon, but there is no death when you live in the hearts of those you leave behind. My deepest sympathies to Larry.
