Harry Masterson Obituary
Harry was born in Ellensburg Washington on April 10, 1939 to Bat L. and Mary (McClure) Masterson. He graduated from Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo, California in 1961. Following graduation he returned to the family ranch in Cle Elum and started cattle ranching. In 1979 he was awarded Kittitas County Cattleman of the year. He was most recently a partner in Windermere/Gotch-Masterson Real Estate following a career in various real estate companies.
He enjoyed participating in and watching rodeos, hunting, photography, musical theatre and wandering the hills in his Polaris Ranger.
Harry is survived by his loving wife Kathleen Connell Masterson, daughter, Laura Masterson-Dick and her husband Ben, grandson, Marcus Masterson, all of Lynwood; sister, Mary Masterson Burke and her husband Pat of Ellensburg, nephews, Joe Burke of Fox, Oregon, Jed Burke of Ellensburg and numerous cousins.
There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate Harry's life at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church at327 Madison in S. Cle Elum on Thursday, December 27, 2007 starting at 1pm. Arrangements are under the care of Cascade Funeral Home in Cle Elum.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances of Harry's life may be made to the Seattle
Cancer Care Alliance, 825 Eastlake Avenue East,
Seattle, WA 98l09.

Kathy and Laura. It is hard to believe that Harry is gone. He was such a honest, nice man. His folks took me to my firt cattle auction. I
remember him going to rodeos. I am sure he has left you with many good
memories and lots of love. My prayers are with you in this time of

Words cannot express how sad it is to lose such a great person. I never met a man who lived his life so honestly. He was a one of a kind example on how humans should live.

Dear Kathy and Laura: My heart is so sad today as I learned of Harry's passing. I am at a loss for words.....he was such a loving father, husband and grandfather. He was the truest example of honesty and loyalty. I enjoyed his friendship tremendously. Our world needs more "Harry's"! May God give your the strength to see all of the beauty he gave us daily.
