John Polotzola Obituary
KROTZ SPRINGS - Funeral services will be held for John "Mikell" Polotzola at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, in the First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Brother Chad Bolfa will conduct the funeral service. Interment will be held at the church cemetery.
Mr. Polotzola, age 55, a resident of Krotz Springs, LA died on Monday, November 2, 2015, at his residence.
John enjoyed gardening, hunting and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Judy Polotzola; his sons, Michael Polotzola, George Peck III, and wife, Tana, Michael Peck, Randy Peck and wife, Kelly; his brothers, Louis Polotzola and wife, Cindy, Frank Polotzola, Joseph Polotzola and wife, Olive Lee; his sisters, Lottie P. Beebe and husband, Joseph R. Pearson, Mary F. Morain and husband, Bennett, Catherine O. Marcotte. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Gabriel and Gavin Polotzola, Neely, Drake, Cami, Brant, Jemma and Avery Peck.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Betty Wyble Polotzola; his sisters, Sarah P. Goudeau, Catherine "Tena" Jordan; his brothers, Stephen D. Polotzola, Dommie R. Polotzola, James L. Thibodeaux and his grandchild Isabella Peck.
Visitation was held at the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Pearson, Ernest Polotzola, Michael Peck, George Peck, III, Louis Polotzola, Frank Polotzola and Michael Polotzola.
LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs, 239 8th Street, Krotz Springs, LA 70750, (337-942-2638) has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
