Clayton was such a nice person, she helped a lot of people and made sure my daughter went to college, though she died before she finished her college but the support she gave us as a family will never forget.
May her soul continue resting in peace

Go In Peace, Clayton! May this candle always burn bright and go on inspiring others to be the kind of woman that you were.

I knew Clayton thru a professional relationship but we always spent most of our time sharing dog stories and comforting each other over recent losses. Her relationship with animals was only one of her many wonderful qualities.

Clayton's self-confidence inspired me from the time I met her when I pledged Theta. I remember once asking her for suggestions on how I should prepare for a People-to-People selection interview. In a flash, she responded with a comprehensive update on world events, a list of probable questions I should expect to be asked, and advice on some decisions I would have to make. I was in awe of her then, and I still am!

Clayton was a dear friend during our growing-up years, even though she was from Holden and I was from Warrensburg. We met at church camp when we were thirteen. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Clayton was my dearest friend from the moment we became Kappa Alpha Theta pledge sisters at Missouri through being maid of honors for our weddings and the bucket list trip to Australia and New Zealand. Her obituary is only the tip of the iceberg for her fantastically talented personality. Ann Bruce D'Hondt
