Kristine~
I am so sorry for your loss. You did such a great job caring for Adam. I remember coming to your home to see Adam when he was a baby & continued to see him in the emergency department. You & your family are in my thoughts & prayers.

Dear Kristine,
I am sorry for your loss. Adam touched everyone's heart that had the pleasure to meet him. He had a long hard fight and just know that you will always have an angel. You and grandma will always be in my prayers.

Dear Kristine,
I remember Adam while I worked in the ER at Childrens back from 2000 to 2003. Since I have left I have always thought about him. One of my friends is a Nurse in the Pulm and Nero clinic and always gave me updates. I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers have been with you and Adam over the years and that you were truly a devoted mother to him. I am sorry for your loss but, please know that Adam is in heaven playing with the other little angels and he is looking down on you. May God be with you at this time.

Dear Kristine,
I'm sorry for your loss. Adam was a wonderful little boy. I'll miss hearing his name. I'm sure he's up in heaven keeping the other angels busy and laughing. You'll always be in my thoughts and prayers.
