News Death Notice
TORRE, Alexander Scott age 30, of Kettering, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at home. He was student and member of the National Honor Society studying to become a Physician's Assistant. Alex is survived by his parents, Steve and Deb Torre; sisters, Nicole (Jeff) Wells of Tok, AK and Denise Torre of Anchorage, AK; brother, Greg of Louisville, KY; grandmother, Virginia Torre; Uncle, Dan Torre and many extended family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Reis Legacy Center Meyer-Boehmer Chapel, 6661 Clyo Rd., Centerville. Family will greet friends from 2:00-4:30 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Celebration of life will follow at the family home. Words of encouragement may be sent to www.reislegacycenter.com.

Deb, Steve & Family: I was so sorry to hear of Alex's death. I remember him as a friendly young man who would visit my office at Dimond High with his sister, where we would share stories. I pray that you will be comforted by your faith and your memories. Know that you are in my thoughts & prayers.

I will miss his smile and his laugh, which both filled the room. His eyes turned into slits and his cheeks looked like they would burst, which always caused me to smile as well. He had tendencies to be a loner, but he was never alone.
