News Death Notice
MOORE-ALLEN, Anthony Delleon Age 26, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 24, 2015. A graduate of Trotwood High School, Class of 2007, attended Central State University, and was a member of Greater St. John Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Lise R. Moore; father, Walter DeFranko Allen; siblings, Prentice Moore, DeMika Wilburn, Constance "Champayne" Freeman, Tempriss Moore, Karon and Kaylain Wilson; maternal grandmother, Hassie Moore; paternal grandfather, Walter Frank Allen; 4 aunts, 9 uncles, 2 great aunts, 2 nieces, 2 nephews; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Mt. Calvary M. B. Church, 3375 W. Siebenthaler Ave. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Visitation from 9 am-1 pm. Family will receive friends from 12-1 pm. Arrangements entrusted to the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Condolences may be expressed at [email protected]

God not only sympathizes with us when we suffer, but He also empathizes with us as well. His son died on the cross for our sins. His love for us has an incredible way of turning things around on our behalf. Where there is grief & loss, God brings soothing & relief. Where there is pain & suffering, He brings peace & hope. Only He can turn our mourning into dancing & clothe us with gladness instead of despair during our darkest hours.
