Age 58, departed unexpectedly on April 9, 2022, in Silver Spring, MD. Survived by many loving family and friends. Visitation 10 A.M. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 22, 2022, at Mt. Barnard and cheer will never be the same without you Ms Wortham ! We were so shocked and saddened to hear this devastating news. We will miss you dearly. I miss seeing and talking to you after school when picking up Dakota from aftercare, I miss you calling me talking a thousand words per min without me getting a word in lol, but you are in a better place now looking down on us all. Bamm, my childhood friend, will be truly missed! She was definitely another one taken from us too soon. Although we had been distant and not in contact for many years since our childhood, I am happy to call her a true friend; for after so many years of not being in contact, she reached out and contacted me when she learned I was close by in MD; that's what, we from the Southside of Dayton, OH do (from Cincinnati Street to Stewart Street and Beyond), no matter how near or far!!! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to reconnect with Bamm while we both were here in MD; and I will truly miss her! :-( From the Broyles Family to the Wortham Family; we send our deepest Condolences for your loss, and will keep you all in our Thoughts and Prayers and Pray that the Good Lord Comfort you all during this difficult time! Life is filled with swift transition. Its hard to believe Bam is gone on to heaven. I last spoke with her in December when she was home. We grew up together at Mt. Olive. My prayers and sincerest condolences are with the Wortham family. -Letitia
