News Death Notice
LOWE (JORDAN), April Marie Age 41, of Troy, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015. She was born April 10, 1974 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Thomas & Leslie (Parks) Jordan. She was employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She is survived by her daughter, Morgan Potts; her mother, Leslie Jordan; father, Thomas Jordan (Willa Eichelman); a sister, Amy & Michael Collins; nieces, Hannah & Cassidy Marie Collins; nephew, Colten Collins; maternal grandmother, Shirley Cook Parks; paternal grandparents, Tom & Martha Jordan; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Lowe; and maternal grandfather, Don Parks. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Wednesday June 3, 2015 at the Lake Avenue Christian Church, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Thursday at the church with Pastor Randy Warner officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420 or the American Cancer Society, 40 S. Perry St. #120, Dayton, OH 45402. I speak for both myself and my wife when saying that April IS (I'm not going to say "was" because she's not gone, she has just moved to her eternal address in heaven) a true angel. Her love for the Lord is evident, and her passion for others is second to none. We love you April, and we are blessed to have you not only as a friend, but as a sister in Christ. Hug our Savior Jesus abundantly for us, as we already know you are. We will see you whenever He calls us home! Oh what a glorious day that will be!
