Just got back to work after a couple months and found out Billy had passed. This was a true gut punch. Like losing a brother. Talked to him I think back in February and he he seemed in I good spirits. I can honestly say he was one one my favorite coworkers in 34 years of working for the county. We had so much much in common. From Tennessee roots, to our taste in music and although I only met Mary once .when I,d hear him talk about her I´d swear our wives must have separated at birth. Because they sounded so similar. I truly loved this man and I´ll miss him. I´d love to hear from those who felt the same.jim long 937 286 2433
