Peace & Love,

January 6, 2011

Pam, Jeff and family, it was truly a sad day on Sunday to hear that your dear mother had transitioned to the everlasting hands of our Saviour. She was truly a diva and kind spirited woman of God. She always had a smile and warm greeting when I saw her. May you rest in the assurance that time will heal your broken hearts, for I too have walked this path four years ago. I thank God that he gave us the ability to remember and this is what will keep Carolyn alive and close to you as the days and years go by. We rest in the assurance that God will wipe all tears away; put a comma and know that we will be rejoined with our loved ones soon and very soon. We will meet again never to be have to say goodbye. But most of all we will be with our Saviour in Heaven where love never dies-but lives forever. God bless you and know that my prayers are with you.

"Hey, Pooh!" is the way she would greet me when I came into her room at the hospital. She was the sweetest woman and it was always a pleasure to care for her. Jeff and Pam, you are wonderful children who made it known that you wanted your momma taken care of properly. I am sorry to hear of Ms. Carolyn's passing, but I am thankful that her revloving door to the hospital has stopped. Take care!
