Family-Placed Obituary

RIEGEL, Clifford Samuel Sr. 88 of Farmersville died Tuesday March 8, 2005. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years Dorothy (Fiste) Riegel in 1998 and 2 grandchildren. Clifford is survived by 5 children and their spouses, Clifford Jr. & Carolyn Riegel, Herbert & Honnie Riegel, Esther & Merlin Mohler, Lowell & Ruth Riegel, Douglas & Tawnya Riegel; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law John & Stella Riegel, Dave & Carol Riegel, Donald & Janet Riegel, 2 sisters and 1 brother-in-law Mary Susan Marker, Janette & Bill Foote; 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren Clifford lived his entire life in the Farmersville, New Lebanon area, was a member of Plainview Open Bible Church where he was a 45+ year Board Member of POBC, and he was the founder of L. Riegel & Sons Construction Company. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Saturday March 12, 2005 at the Plainview Open Bible Church, 1488 Johnsville-Brookville Road, Brookville with Pastor Harold Ady presiding, burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Clifford's family will receive friends at the Plainview Open Bible Church, Friday evening from 4 to 8 PM and Saturday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions if desired may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Clifford. Arrangements entrusted to ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME 324 West Main Street, NEW LEBANON.
