I knew Mitzi and Laddie ,as Cliff was known ,then when we were back at in grade school and then LHS. The family lived across the Wabash river .I remembered there were lots of brothers and then "Baby" ( Ramona) when I road by on my bike and stopped ,there was always some one to play with. To all you siblings and family my condolenses and blessings. I´m always so pleased for families who have been granted long lives with our Sibs.
May Gods blessings continue with you all.

I knew Cliff was not well, but still his passing just sucks the life out of me. He was my big brother in more ways than one. Cliff helped me learn to play baseball, leading to my life's profession as coach at our home high school in Logansport, IN. He had made a Cubs fan out of me at age seven, and I'm still trying to figure whether that was a gift or a curse ! He undoubtedly is preparing the heavenly ballfield for today's game. Go Cubs !

So very sorry to hear of Cliff's passing. I work at Bellbrook HS in the library, and anytime he subbed, he'd come to the library and read the paper during his planning period. We had many great conversations, and he was so good with the students. He was such a nice man, and we at Bellbrook will miss him. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. Fair sailing, Cliff!

Cliff was a personal Life Guide for me, in some ways he knew and many ways he could not know. A true "Big Brother" and elegant gentleman, a model for me to try to follow. Now sadly and deeply missed. Susan, thank you for being the central part of his life !!

Cliff was my manager and my mentor and then my friend. I loved when he would answer his phone at work, because in a few minutes he would be speaking Japanese or German and having a great laugh! He seemed to have friends from all over the world. He inspired us to be intellectually curious. We shared a fondness for ice cream, so he always encouraged me "to get my calcium!" He loved to share a story from the past, usually preceded by the phrase "If I may..." I will always remember Cliff for his kindness, encouragement and humor. He was never one to brag, but you could tell he was so very proud of Susan and his family. Truly a life well-lived. Cliff - you get an A+, my friend!!

I loved when Mr Wilde was subbing at Bellbrook High school
We would talk "Miami" news
As soon as he would see me he would say "Love and Honor"
He was a good person and will be missed
