CARPENTER, Donald B. Age 62 of Moraine, OH. Donnie passed away peacefully, with his family at his side on September 29, 2017, after a brief but brave battle with lung cancer. Donnie, the son of the late Dewey and Sybil (Vaughn) Carpenter, was born on April 23, 1955 in Dayton, OH. His brother Ronald and son Chris also pre-deceased him. Donnie attended Spring Valley Full Gospel Holiness Church in Miamisburg, OH. He will be forever missed by his son and daughter-in-law Justin and Brittany Carpenter, daughter Jaclyn Carpenter, nephew Jeromy Carpenter and his grandchildren, Brayden, Kayden, Mason, Michaela, Makynzee, and Daltyn. Numerous family members, aunts, cousins, loved ones and friends will also remember him dearly. Always a man who loved and was loved by his family, Donnie also had the friendship of many who will miss him dearly. He was unselfish with his love for all who were family and friends. A visitation will be held at the Spring Valley Full Gospel Holiness Church, 2878 Spring Valley Pk., Miamisburg, OH on Wednesday, October 4 from 10:00 AM until noon. A service will commence immediately afterward with Rev. Floyd Carpenter and Pastor Donnie Stanifer officiating. Interment will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg, OH.
