I remember Elaine so well, my mom's first cousin and best friend. They went to nursing school together and she and Tom set my mom, Doris, and my dad, Ron, up on a blind date and it was love forever after that! I remember when my parents and Tom and Elaine would go out on on a date, I would be fast asleep when they arrived home and I was often awaken by Elaine's contagious Laugh, it made me feel secure and happy that my mom had such a wonderful, light-hearted friend. I always enjoyed her company. Of course, there are many more fantastic qualities of Elaine to remember her by. I would have never been blessed with my parents without her and Tom! All my love to Tom and the rest of the family. Terri (Mock) Hyman

So very sorry to hear about Elaine. May God be with her family. Elaine was my charge nurse on 5300 at Good Sam Hospital. We worked together for a very long time. Elaine was the sweetest, smartest, and most hard working nurse I have ever worked with. She was a blessing.

Elaine was the model for a Great Nurse and Friend. I can never express the respect I hold for Elaine in all aspects of her life. Love of and by her family was a shining example to others. I met her at Good Samaritan as fellow employees. We started a Homemakers' Club together in our neighborhood when our children were young. Thoughts are with all her family and friends.
