Dear Hank and Sam,

My heart goes out to you in your grief. Lisa was a wonderfully gifted artisan who generously shared her talent with others, a playfully mischievous co-worker, and a loving and devoted friend. The two of you are in my thoughts and prayers as you cope with your tremendous loss.
