News Death Notice
BLEDSOE, Ella Age 88 of Dayton departed this life Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Wood, three children, a granddaughter, a grandson and a great-grandchild. Survivors include grandchildren, Connie (John), Debra (Tony), Byron (Carrie), Joe, Timothy, Marcus, Sheila and Teresa; dear friend, Deacon Lee; goddaughters, Maxine and Beverly. A host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 12Noon, Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Sunlight Baptist Church, 801 Huron Ave. Pastor Andre Hayes, officiating. Interment Jeffersonview Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Services Respectfully Rendered by H. H. Roberts Funeral Home.

I've known Ms. Bledsoe since I was a little boy on Brooklyn Ave. She was very kind to me, my brother David and my sister Dianne. She will be missed! May God confort her and her family during these difficult times.

I pray that Gods love will guide you through this trying time. I remember Ella from years ago when we pastored inn Middletown, Ohio. She was a wonderful christian lady. I will never forget her friendship. She has won her race.

May God comfort and keep you in your time of need. I remember Mrs. Bledsoe from when I worked for Dr. Brown 5 years ago, she was one of my favorite patients. A very kind, distingushed, and beautiful lady. May your memories bring you smiles in the days to come. Know that she left a lasting impact on those who knew her.
