I worked with Evie for many years. What a sweetheart. She truly loved her family. She was a diligent worker and a pleasant person to be around. She will be missed.

Evie was a truly classy and genuine person. When I started Lau, she took me under her wing. She always called me kid and always played pranks on me. She taught me to take time to have fun and to not always follow the rules. She was a great mentor. I remember so many wonderful things about her and will cherish the memories. Rest in peace my friend! My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
