Fasma Zaharieff Obituary
Family-Placed Obituary
ZAHARIEFF, Fasma "Fay" age 81, of Beavercreek, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital. Born in Noci, Italy, Fasma Rogliero was the WWII bride of U.S. Army SGT. Krum "Carlo" Zaharieff, who preceded her in death after 53 years of marriage. With her Italian accent still solidly in place, she was a lifelong seamstress, having retired from Pogue's in Cincinnati and Donenfeld's in Dayton, and a beloved companion to a host of friends and neighbors. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Debby Zaharieff; grandchildren, Alex Zaharieff and Suzy Arazmo; granddaughter in-law, Michelle Zaharieff and her great grandchildren, Gabriella and A.J. Zaharieff and Dominic Arazmo. In Italy she is survived by her sisters, Silvana Diele and Livia Diele; nieces and nephews, Santa, Teresa, Fasma, Michele, Massimo, Giuseppe and Michele; and great nephews and great nieces. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday August 18, 2006 at 10 AM at St. Luke The Evangelist Church in Beavercreek, OH. The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 8 PM on Thursday, August 17 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Rd.. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Fasma's name to the Beavercreek Senior Citizens Center, The Lofino Center, 3686 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Tony You probably don't remember me. You represented me and my wife Karen in a child custody case in 1990 which we won thanks to you. We always appreciated what you did for our family and we just wanted to send our condolences to you and your family for the loss of your mother. May God bless you and comfort you in your time of sorrow.
