RUTLEDGE, Mrs. Faye Regina age59, of Dayton, departed this life, Friday, July 1, 2011 at her residence. Born September 7, 1951 in Gallatin, TN to the late Walter & Ella (Martin) Brooks. A graduate of Dunbar High School, class of 1969. She was a licensed beautician for many years. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her husband of 37 years, Thomas G. Rutledge, Sr.; 2 sons, Shawn D. Brooks, Karan T. Rutledge; 2 stepsons, Thomas G., Jr. & Mark L. Rutledge; 1 brother, Walter E. Brooks, Jr., 3 sisters, Rita (Jimmy) Trice, Karen M. Tanner, Tamie L. Carter; sister-in-law, Della Rutledge; brother-in-law, Karl Rutledge; 14 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; special daughter, Shantae R. Miles; special friends, Brenda Whiteside, Alice (Freddie) Elliott, Tina & Joe Lewis; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Rev. Jerome McCorry officiating. Calling hour one hour prior to service at which time family will receive friends.Final disposition cremation. Online condolences may be expressed at [email protected].
