BLOCKER, Jr., Forest Of Dayton, Ohio age 59 born May 22, 1958 departed this life September 17, 2017. Forest Jr., is preceded in death by his father Forest Sr., brother Archie. Survivors include mother Mary Blocker, sister Janette Finley, daughters Angel and AuJanea, son Forest III, grandchildren Devontae, Mallory, Tyla, Zayden, Saj'e,; special nephew Kevin Finley and a host of other family & friends. He was an avid member of the community supporting and taking youth under his wing to protect and lead them toward the right path in life, he was also a member of the Westside Priority board. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 22, 2017 at The Church on The Rock, 2243-2253 N. Gettysburg Ave. The family will receive friends 10-11 A.M. Interment Willowview Cemetery.
