Fred and I both graduated from WSU Psy.D program in 1984. He was a devoted friend and always willing to help. I remember him for his visionary thinking about how he could help make the world a better place.

Lossing Fred has been so difficult to accept. I keep expecting to get a call or a text asking me to join him in writing another book or article or accept a referral of a patient, or brainstorm about whatever new endeavor was cooking in his amazing imagination. He has been a companion in my professional life since about 1985. My heart hurts. I send my condolence to his wife, Debra and all of his children..

Thank you for all the help and kind words you provided to me and my son. We are devastated by your loss and share in your family's grief. We will continue to pray for your loved ones, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives you've touched over the years. The world just doesn't seem as happy without the cowboy boots and 80's background music playing, but, I'm thankful I have the memories of them and you in my life.
