MIDLAM, Gary R. Age 69 of Troy, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. born July 9, 1938 in Dayton. Mr. Midlam was a graduate of General Motors Institute, and was Past President of Elizabeth Township Historical Society and Harvest Masonic Lodge, Dayton, OH. A retired Industrial Engineer with General Motors. Preceded in death by his father Robert Midlam, son Gary Midlam II. Survived by his wife of 24 years, Marlene K. (turner) Midlam; mother Kathryn (Shoemaker) Midlam of Vandalia; 2 daughters Kimala Drum of Chino Valley, AZ, Deborah (Tim) Beier of Englewood, KY.; 2 sons Robert (Donna) Midlam of Greenfield, OH., Stephen Midlam of Centerville, OH.; step-children Jim Daino of Waynesville, OH., Cathy Davis-Fox of Troy, OH., Susan Daino of Troy, OH.; brother Douglas Midlam of Coconut Creek, FL.; 8 grandchildren. Funeral service Noon Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH. Rev. Dr. James C. Wilson II officiating. Burial Riverside Cemetery, West Milton, OH. Friends may call from 10:00-noon Saturday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Childrens Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229-3039. Gary was a highly respected member of the Inland Div. staff. A fair and knowledable manager. Gary was a regular attendee of the Inland GOOD OLE BOYS' monthly meetings.
GARY IS WITH THE LORD! As Gary stated his trust in the Lord during his MASONIC induction.
