Gregg NAAS Obituary

NAAS, Gregg "Whitey" 63, of Beavercreek, passed away April 11, 2017. Whitey was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 22, 1953 to the late Edward and Elizabeth Naas. Whitey was the owner/opera-tor of Heavy Metal Trucking for over 30 years. He was a member of the Beavercreek Moose Lodge #73 and a Freemason for many years. He was a co-founder of the "Blessing of the Bikes". Whitey never met a stranger. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends. Together for 17 years, he is survived by his loving wife, Betty Trester-Naas; sons, Paul Naas, Brian (Emilee) Trester; daughters, Elizabeth Naas, Jessica (Adam) Ficklin, Rebecca (Tony) Mollohan, Taylor Trester; brother, Gerald (Kim) Naas; sister, Judith (Walter) Bagley; grandchildren, Liam, Eli, Finn, Ellee; dogs, Lucky, Maggie; and several other relatives and special friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 4 -6PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family to help with funeral expenses by visiting https://www.gofundme.com/funeral-expenses-for-whitey-naas or envelopes will be provided at the service.
