Rest In Heaven Mr. Webb. My first principal at my beloved Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. He required us to learn our alma mater, something most people my age or younger know nothing about. To thee Dunbar we pledge our hearts.... I was very sorry to hear about your passing. Again, I wish you a heavenly rest.

Mr Webb was an amazing principle who was a stern disciplinarian & inspiring leader. At Roosevelt High School he ensured a quality and extreme fun education. During his leadership, I never regretted my choice to attend Roosevelt HS. I was a proud student who often bragged being a Teddy. Mr Webb RIP.

Mr Webb was an example to the students in his presence. He was an inspiration. To the family, lifting you all in prayer.

What a joy it was to see the two of you in worship every Sunday at Grace UMC. And what a privilege to have your support during my years as senior pastor at Grace. Always ready with praise and appreciation and the occasional challenging comment. Tom, and you Eliza, were an inspiration and God's gift to the church in general and me in particular.
Love enfolds you. Prayers support you.
