You all were so blessed to have had Jim Miller as your Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother-In-Law. He was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Such a joy! I will miss calling him and asking him to volunteer, awaiting a response of yes, but always knowing he would say something that would make me laugh and smile. I know this time is hard, but in your tears think of his smile and keep smiling as he would. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerest Condolences to the Miller Family.
Dr. Miller was the best Orthodontist ever! He was so funny and nice. My sister and I both just thought the world of him. I brought my own children to him for braces as well and they adored him too. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Jim was a dear friend whom I gotto know through the Summer Arts Festival. The festival was made more wonderful by the people I became friends with over the years of attending and enjoying the people not only on stage but also in the audience.

Dear Lauren,Kathy and Richard,I have heard much about you, your children and all of your family functions, graduations, parties, jobs and everything in between from a very proud father and grandfather. He was so happy to have all of you around for his 80th birthday day.I have been a part of your parents and grandparents lives since I was a child. I've been blessed to have Jim as a true friend all through my life as did my parents. He was there for me during a very rough time during of my parents passing. He was at many parties at my house and regaled us with stories of his latest adventures.I have no words to tell you how much I will miss him, about the void left in my life now. All I can do is tell you he was just a wonderful man and there will never be another Jim. I am forever grateful that he was in my life.Jill Kesler

Singing with Jim in Vintage Voices has been a pleasure. He was talented and loved by all that knew him. He was a faithful member of the community that took pride in Springfield whether watering and pruning flowers at the Heritage Center, singing with several groups, on stage acting, or visiting with friends. Jim was a wonderful person. I will miss him.

I first met Jim thru the Spryliters and then Vintage Voices. He was a wonderful friend. I have many memories of him with performances of the above groups. Also with picnics at his home. Loved to sing with him. He will be missed by his family and many friends.

Jim always had a smile for everyone. He was a good friend to us. It was always fun to have him around and particularly in our home for parties with church family. We will especially miss his singing solos and in our choir at High Street Methodist. He will be greatly missed. God bless your family at this difficult time.
