Family-Placed Obituary

McCLOSKEY, Jamie A. age 62, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday September 15, 2004 at Good Samaritan Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mrs. McCloskey was a 1959 graduate of Hayesville High School and a 1983 graduate of Miami Valley School of Nursing. After graduation, Jamie was employed as a nurse from June 1983 to November of 1990 at Miami Valley Hospital. She then went to work as an I.V. Therapy Nurse for Fidelity Home Health Care until her retirement in November of 2001. She is survived by her husband, Donald L. of Dayton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Julie Weitendorf & husband Tom Marsh of Huber Heights, Alicia Weitendorf & husband Don Hanna of Twinsburg, OH; a granddaughter, Chelsea Thurilkill of Huber Heights; three sisters, Susan (husband Sherdin) Pritchett of Vancouver, WA., Pat McClure of Ashland, OH., Sandy (husband Shane) Shafer of Lake City, CO.; two brothers, Cameron (wife Elizabeth) LeVack of Mansfield, OH., Kirk (wife Teresita) Gregg of Kekaha, HI.; seven nieces and 10 nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 2:00pm Monday at St. Mary Church in Dayton, preceded by a 1:30pm prayer service at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. Burial Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the funeral home.
