Janet GLASPER Obituary
News Death Notice
GLASPER, Janet M. age 63, of Dayton, OH, met her untimely death on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. She was born May 15, 1950 to the late Marie L. and Toney E. Glasper. Janet graduated from Roosevelt H. S., class of 1969 and briefly attended Sinclair Community College. She was a devoted member of Greater New Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church. She is also preceded in death by her son, Shawn A. Glasper and (4) siblings, Elizabeth, Freddy, Herman and Denny Glasper. Survivors include her daughter, Jamie M. Glasper; siblings, Linda F. of Columbus, OH, Ronald K., Thomas, Barbara J., Toney and Eugene (Bo-Jack) Glasper, all of Dayton; as well as, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services 1:00 P.M., SATURDAY, April 19, 2014 at GREATER NEW PHILADELPHIA MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 108 N. Williams St., with Reverend Charles E. Spencer, officiating. Viewing will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday; the family will receive friends 12:00 Noon until time of service. Interment: Greencastle Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home, 4520 Salem Ave. On-line condolences may also be sent to the family at www.thomasfunerals.com

Janet will be greatly missed. She brought sunshine to all those around her. Our sincerest condolences to all of her family and friends. Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. We love you Janet!
