WEAVER, John Monroe, age 82, of Bellbrook, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital-South in Centerville. John graduated from Colonel White High School, class of '61. He proudly graduated from Ohio State University, class of '65, with a degree in social work. He spent nearly 40 years in the protective clothing industry. He was a member for the last 15 years at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Centerville. He was one of the warmest, generous, and nicest men you would ever meet. His life revolved around being there for his family. He always made sure he was there for any of the grandchildren's sporting events. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Weaver. He is survived by his loving wife of five years, Beverly Ames Weaver; sister, Barbara Weaver (Joan Martin); brother, Richard Weaver (Patti Christensen); sister, Marti Scrivens (Nigel); three sons, Christopher Orndorff (Virginia), Brian Weaver (Laura), Kevin Weaver; daughter, Courtney Whitt (Steve); step-daughter, Amanda Ames; six grandchildren, Alena, Ian, Caetey, Christopher, David, and Mary. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family closer to the holidays. Conner & Koch Funeral Home in Bellbrook is serving the family.
