I remember very fondly my time with John rooming with him doing doctoral studies at Cincinniti-also playing in the Dayton Phil for many years from 1967 - 1988---I always enjoyed John's sense of humor, devotion to his family, love of music ability to get along with others. My life was and is enriched beause John's and my life's path crossed in Dayton, Ohio.

Due to an out of town trip, I will not be able to convey my condolences in person. I just wanted you to know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed talking with John at Troy HS events. He was a remarkable person.
