With his 5 year anniversary coming up, he is greatly missed. I know he had many plans before his passing, especially spending time with close friends, traveling and continuing his jewelry making. He was a true friend! After 40 years of knowing Keith, and spending much time with him, I know I´ll see him one day. He meant a great deal to me and to others.
Thank you Keith for being such a good friend.

Mr. Culley was my OWE teacher at Stebbins. We was a wonderful and kind teacher. Always seen the best in everyone, even if they couldn't see it in themselves. He had a great impact on me, as well as many others. My heart breaks for his family, but he lives on in everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. RIP Mr. Culley and thank you for everything that you did for me.

Dear Marg and Family,
I am shocked and saddened to read about Keith. He was always a lot of fun in school and smart too!
He certainly packed a lot of good deeds for others into his lifetime.
He will be missed by many because he touched so many!
I am so sorry for your loss.
