March 9, 2012

I was a member of Park Drive Church of God from 1992-2012. My father, the late Rev. Ernie R. McHone was assistant pastor from 1992 until his death in 2010. I loved Bro. Peyton and his wife Evelyn. After Evelyn's passing in 2005, I got to know Irma, who Bro. Peyton eventually married, and I love her dearly. Bro. Peyton will be sorely missed. He was my mentor and my pastor. He soldiered on even when he couldn't. I love you Brother. Say hello to Dad for me.
