I worked with Kevin his entire time with the State of Montana. I missed the heck out of him when he retired and I'm missing him even more now. The man was a great guy with a heart of gold. I miss our discussions about work, politics and the world. I'm at a loss for words, but my prayers go out for him and his family.
Rest in peace, my friend.
