Dear Lewis Family, I learned with sadness the passing of your mother. I practiced orthodontics in Dayton for 33 years and returned to Ohio State to teach in 1993. Your folks were always kind to me and so well repected by our beloved specialty. Walter C. Buchsieb DDS MS
