Lucile BAKER Obituary

BAKER, A. Lucile Age 92, of Brookville, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Brookhaven, following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Mabel Brame, by her husband of 61 years, Paul Baker, Sr. and by sisters, Nancy Shoaf & Mary Jane Richter. She was a 1944 graduate of Fairview High School, she retired from General Telephone, she was a member of OES Chapter 563, Englewood and VFW Post 3288 Auxiliary, Brookville. Lucile is survived by sons, Tom (Joetta) Baker, Dick (Sheryl) Baker & Paul "PJ" (Sue) Baker, Jr.; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thu. January 24 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Brookville. Visitation will be held 4-7 Wednesday, with VFW Auxiliary & Eastern Star services at 7. If desired, the family suggests donations to Hospice of Dayton. She was one of my favorite residents on assisted living when I took care of her. I loved taking care of her. It's a huge loss and she will be missed. Sorry for the loss and I wish I could of made the funeral
