Mae KNISLEY Obituary

KNISLEY, Mae E. Age 93 of Fairfield, passed away at her residence on Thursday, December 1, 2016. She was born in Collinsville on July 21, 1923 the daughter of Irvin and Alice (Ballard) Pennington. Mae was employed at Ohio Casualty Insurance for thirty years. She attended Victory Pentecostal Tabernacle. On July 25, 1942 she married Colon "Pete" Knisley and he preceded her in death in 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Gilbert of Fairfield; two granddaughters, Colleen (Charlie) Dotson of Middletown and Shauna (John) Frazier of Hamilton; four great grandchildren, Jaclyn Dotson, Christina (Zeke) Saylor, Carlos (RaJeana) Frazier, and Vanessa (Justin) Bailey; and five great great grandchildren, Carissa, Logan, Caleigh, Lily, and Caiden. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Bonnie Thompson, Irene Pennington, Jacqueline Seals, and June Sallee; and son-in-law, Carlos Gilbert. Funeral service will be held at Victory Pentecostal Tabernacle on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 12:00 noon with Pastor Nathan Morris officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the church. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Caitlyn Farmer and Tricia Robinson for all their care and support.
