Family-Placed Obituary

ZAPATONY, Margaret E age 82 of Vandalia, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 2003; and brother, Mitchell Seer. Margaret was a lifelong member of Saint Stephen Catholic Church. She was a member of the Magyar Club and the North Dayton Democratic Club and loved to play Bingo. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was loved dearly and will be missed by all. Mrs. Zapatony is survived by her 3 children: JosephJr., wife Saundra, Edward & wife Gail, and daughter, Mary Ann Zapatony; 5 grandchildren: Elizabeth, Tara Jean, Heather, Christine, Jason; 14 great-grandchildren; her brother, Pete Seer & wife Margaret; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call Wednesday, March 9, 2005, from 5 to 8 PM at the MAGETTI GAVIN FUNERAL HOME, 1508 Valley Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 10:00 AM Thursday, March 10, 2005, at St. Stephen Catholic Church with Father Michael Holloran Celebrant. Prayers 9:30 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
