Mark BROWN Obituary


News Death Notice

BROWN, Mark age 42, of Huber Heights, OH, passed away on Monday September 23, 2013 at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Born in Hammond, IN on September 2, 1971, he is the son of Phyllis J. Garrison Brown of Connersville and the late Ernest Robert Brown. He is a graduate of Connersville High School and went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Administration from Indiana State University. While attending ISU, he served in the Air Force ROTC program. He had been employed at several companies as a Transportation Supervisor. He enjoyed military, aircraft, history and guns. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lara Steinbrunner Brown whom he married on November 7, 1998; two children, Katie and Cory Brown at home; a brother, Robert "Bobby" Brown of Connersville, IN; his father in law, Charlie Steinbrunner of Troy, OH; brothers in law, Andrew (Tara) Steinbrunner of Vandalia, OH and Tim (Cathy) Steinbrunner of San Diego, CA; paternal grandma, Lois George; a nephew, Josh and a niece, Brittany; as wells as several aunts, uncles and many cousins. Memorial services will be conducted at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Friday September 27, 2013 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jeff Garrison of Baptist Temple officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
